Employment Information

Job Description

  • Identify, design and implement stategic HR projects.
  • Plan and manage all activities of talent acquisition from sourcing, recruitment, offer and on-board, to orientation for new employees.
  • Develop, implement and manage training program.
  • Implement and manage yearly performance review process for employees.
  • Develop retention strategy for employees such as promotion guidelines, reward policies, compensation policies, and salary review.
  • Benefits administration including leave, insurance, medical/dental/transport and other welfare claims, PIT.
  • Control/manage risk management and legal activities related to Human Resource.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on solutions to enhance HR at the Company.
  • Ensure company workforce standard is in accordance with the government laws and requirement.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years working experience as HR Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Possess positive attitude when in face of challenges.
  • Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills.
  • Good communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English).
