Job Description

1. Implement training program

- Work with HR field to prepare & organize training courses as per Training Master Plan, ensure that all employees understand Production process, KEY Plant KPIs, ReCon activity

- Organize internal refresh training for employee regarding M&W/SBF KPIs such as Net Eff, True Eff, Filler Downtime, OEE, Loss Structure definition & calculation.

- Consolidate & update existing intenal document training such as OPL, Kaizen, Analysis method, OEE... to make sure it validate & clear methodology

- Collect & study Best Practice from other sites & propose to apply in Plant

- Closely work with Production/Maintenance team to get alignment about training time to match with production schedule & reduce OVT as well.

2. Control Plant KPIs

- Analysis Plant KPI weekly & update KPI trend result included action proposal to control KPI

- Closely work with Taskforce( ReCon, Productivity, Kaizen…) to implement Action Plan included evaluation of effectiveness of BPT’s after roll out at functions for further trains/ supports required.

- Make sure all Plant KPI's report on time & ready to adapt with business change.

- Implement health check for M&W/OEE/New Tools & propose quick action to remove ad-hoc in during application & make sure these systems are followed properly

- Develop & standadize the Production/Maintenance report & analysis system to reduce waste time in during reporting

- Involve GEMBA activity, closely work with Production/Maintenance team to collect breakdown information, data then define & analysis bottleneck in Line - Prepare Plant KPI AOP based on AOP volume & existing Plant's performance

3. Other

- Collaborate with HR/Operation team to track Line KPI & EE's KPI result

- Support Production/Maintenance team to prepare Capex document, consolidate Plant Capex budget & weekly tracking such as debottleneck, upgrade system & improve machine performance to utilize Capex budget investment.

- Collect productivity initiative from operation team & work with Maintenance/Production to implement as well

- Prepare BSHS, Productivity, OEE report

- Running yearly R&R program of the factory

Job Requirement

  • College/University. Prefer Finance and Accouting
  • Good excel to collect and process with numeric data
  • Facilitation, communication, influence skill
  • Good presentation skill
  • Experienced training jobs or development jobs
  • English skill – fluent in read/speak & write.
