Co-ordinating with Customer Services team to deal with processing customer information and requests/ queries
Training Customer Services staff with call center skills
Entrench Toyota Financial Services as the Toyota Dealers' first choice for financial and related services through quick, effective and accurate data entry and loan contract settlement
Provide transparent and regular reporting on status, timelines, success and failures on all Customer
Handle customer inquiries, complaint by telephonically and follow up customer calls where necessary
Ensure all compliance requirements are documented, procedures written, control points implemented into business processes and reporting undertaken within prescribed timelines
Ensure all legal documentation is kept safely; securities are registered and maintained accurately.
Other duties/tasks assigned by Head of Dept.
Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline.
Previous customer service experience and strong experience in call centre operations.
Experience in a team management is a plus
Effective written and oral communicator.
Good time management skills
Good attention to detail
Willing to be multi-skilled
