Vietnam, and in particular the Ho Chi Minh City area, is experiencing a period of rapid economic growth and urban expansion with rising incomes for a larger part of the young working population. This is due to sound government policies providing a stable basis for high levels of foreign direct investment. One consequence of this is very high demand for modern, sensibly priced quality family apartment homes as younger generations want to find a home for their new families. Over the last few years, far too many very large luxury and high-end residential projects have been built, ignoring the people’s needs. Through detailed market research, interviews and focus groups, KEY SICAV SIF, an international investment fund regulated by the financial authorities in Luxemburg/EU, has identified the housing needs of the people here in Ho Chi Minh City. Our fund, with its European and international investors, therefore focuses entirely on providing sensibly priced, modern, safe and secure family homes for a reasonable budget. For this, a local Vietnamese development company, EZLAND Vietnam Development JSC has been established, which combines foreign (Germany/UK/France) real estate development and construction expertise with local staff’s experience and talent (combined related experience of the management team >35 years).

The fund’s projects are all conveniently located in districts and provinces of Ho Chi Minh City that enable young urban professionals to enjoy easy access to their workplaces using new infrastructure while providing a relaxing, green environment for their children to grow up in, always reflecting our fund brand’s slogan “VẸN TRÒN TỔ ẤM”. Our vision is to build approximately 1,000-1,500 apartments per year in HCMC over the next 5-8 years while always respecting EZLAND’s corporate slogan “QUALITY COMES FIRST”. By using the German historic BAUHAUS architectural movement as an inspiration and implementing German/international quality standards, EZLAND and the fund will ensure that buyers of our apartments receive a well-designed, efficient, modern, safe & secure apartment that will be a sound investment in their and their kids’ future.
