Pan Pacific Corporation and its subsidiaries are pursuing a focused rollup and consolidation effort in agriculture and FMCG food products focused on Vietnam with expansion through Southeast Asia and beyond. The Pan group of companies acquires majority or otherwise controlling positions in strong cash flow businesses with proven management expertise and operations or with unique assets. PAN completed fundraising and acquisition rounds in 2013 and 2014 and expects to complete a third fundraising and acquisition round in early 2015. Pan owns a majority position in a leading national rice, corn and vegetable seed company and in a leading fishery company, and a significant position in a leading cashew processing company also offering branded packaged ready-to-eat nuts. Pan plans to acquire FMCG food companies, and has entered the branded packaged rice business.

Pan Food was established as a wholly owned subsidiary in late 2014 to introduce new brands, support the products of our subsidiaries and expand a nation-wide distribution network. Pan Food will become a leading FMCG food company in Vietnam.
