Spectre Garment Technologies – Nam Dinh, Vietnam

Spectre, founded in 1947 is a Scandinavian manufacturer of functional garments. The company, Spectre A/S, owns production facilities in Latvia and it is the major shareholder in the Vietnamese joint venture company, Spectre Vietnam. Spectre offers a wide variety of garments for the outdoor sports industry, such as fleece jackets, softshell jackets, technical t-shirts and underwear and accessories. The products are positioned in the medium and upper level of the market; hence the customers are high-profile brands mainly in Europe. Due to the rapid growth of business Spectre Group is establishing Spectre Garment Technologies company in Nam Dinh, Vietnam in 2015. The organization day one consists of 30-35 employees whose functions are related to sales, purchasing and product development. The plant manager will be the head of the new management team that will play a significant role in the development of the new company in close cooperation with group management at HQ in Denmark. For all positions we search for candidates with the ability to work independently and to work closely together as a team. The candidates will have a unique chance to develop their personal skills and personality starting from a small organization with 30 employees and with ambitious plans to increase to 250-300 employees within a three-year timeframe. Spectre A/S is rated with AA as Best Credit Score, with a SA8000 certificate, and we have just started to implement the environmental standard bluesign® in our production.
