Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Accounting:

• Do all accounting functional works including payable, receivable, etc.
• Do internal and external reports,
• Do month-end, quarterly and year-end closings
• Do budget preparation
• Reconcile GL account and sub-ledger. Annually finalize all kinds of tax for the company

II. Office Admin:

• Manage the filing, storage, and security of documents
• Manage the repair and maintenance of office building, provide office furniture, maintenance service for cleaning, electricity, water, air-conditioners, etc.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of office equipments/ machines.
• Administer office leasing contract and service agreements amongst company's operation.
• Other admin tasks assigned by Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirement/Specification:

- Bachelor degree of Accounting, having Chief Accountant certificate is preferrable
- At least 2-4 years experience in General Accountant cum Office Management
- Others: 

  • Basic English communication skills (verbal, email)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy, accountablity and responsibility
  • Working place: Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC
