Admin job supporting PUD
1/ Receiving all the goods and return the defected goods from/ to suppliers;
2/ Deliver/ receiving all shipping document to the Forwarder;
3/ Receiving/ deliver all Invoice and Purchasing Document from / to supplier;
4/ Do other Admin jobs of PUD when required (assigned by Ms. Huong Thao)
5/Support PUD in purchasing services related to HCMO (replacing fixtures, equipment repair…)
Admin Job supporting HCMO
1. Following up all meetings/interview taking place in HCMO to be prepared in advance(should follow up Weekly Schedule of Management)
2. Monitoring facilities, stationery, supplies and timely repair / supplements as needed.
3. Provide General support to GD & Managers (scanning, printing, binding job etc.)
4. Managing HCMO budget closely, responsible for paying bills or getting bills on time.
