Mô tả Công việc

1. Operate as receptionist (20%):

  • Handle phone’s operation, reception.
  • Filing documents, keep parcels, packages, newspapers.
  • Prepare documents (fax, memo, announcement) for internal using.
  • Prepare all facilities for meeting rooms.
  • Check the telephone ‘s expense, DHL expense.

2. Administration (30%):

  • HR Report to local authority, to head quarters if any.
  • Prepare and storage document related to Administration.
  • Supervise the implement of Company regulation, maintain security throughout the company.
  • Inspect and supervise to ensure that administrative policies and rules effective, update per change accurately and punctually.
  • Training and development: Guide employees to understand Company’s policy and process.
  • Monitor the violations of Company’s discipline.
  • Assist to manage and control service suppliers of: health check, car, canteen, cleaning, gardening, security, stationery, uniform, drinking water…
  • Control working style, morale of staff.
  • Handle office equipments for Factory, constructions and utility, order and stock stationery for all Departments.
  • Manage and delivery individual labor protection equipment for every Department
  • Supervise the implement of Company regulation, maintain security throughout the company.

3. Recruitment (20%):

  • Recruit workers as requirement.
  • Collect recruitment requests from all departments. Revise JDs and job postings for all positions including Part-timer staff.
  • Collecting CV by various tool and help for interviewing arrangement.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration (20%):

  • Employee profile management: Monitor changes about input – output workers.
  • Labor contract, Resignation, manage employee’s leave, time attendance control.
  • Prepare surveys and do statistics to analyse the employee satisfaction on the relevant benefits.

5. System Safety Officer (7%):

  • Verify safety, health, fire, environment at company.
  • Make rules related to health, safety, fire.
  • Inspect the landfill, contact service agencies who collect garbage, dangerous waste.

6. Other tasks required (3%).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Certificate/ Trình độ học vấn, chuyên  môn:

  • Bachelor Degree in related fields as HR Management/Economy.

2. Years of experience/ Kinh nghiệm:

  • Having at least 2 years working experience in HR field, preferably in foreign-invested manufacturing companies.

3. Skills/ Các kỹ năng:

  • Good planning and organizing skills, Good presentation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good English and Computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Have an insight in HR policies and Labour law.
  • Person who living in Binh Duong.
