Anchor Account Manager

  • Build volume, revenue & profitability of Anchor Account (AA) by defining Initiatives establish during the AOP.

  • Develop and support Sales Manager (SM)/ Territory Development Manager (TDM) to execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage and ensure all Anchor Accounts in assigned location comply with SPVB performance standards and customer development agreement (CDA) commitments.

  • Manage budget, define strategy to grow AA, accountable to track business performance of AA in assigned location to propose and implement respective solutions, interventions.

  • Identify opportunities and develop new channels in assigned location


  1. Grow volume, revenue and share in Anchor Account

  • Make channel analysis and strategic channel development plans for Anchor Account channel at assigned location.

  • Make Hit list for renewal & action plans for smooth execution.

  • Manage to ensure all CDAs with identified customers are complied with the policy.

  • Call on all customer-wiring assignments as planned.

  • Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions for AA.

  • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field.

  • Monitor AA Budget of the assigned location and optimize using it.

    2. Identify & Win NEW BUSINESS

  • Identify new channels opportunities and define proper course of actions to seize them.

  • Frequently do trade visit, touch-base with market to understand it well.

  • Analyze available data source (volume, market trend, drop size, shopper, consumer behavior…) to anticipate business opportunities.

  • Work with management team to propose action plan to capture these opportunities.

  • Follow up and support the deployment, evaluate the success.

    3. Cooperate with SM/TDM/AA Executive to execute plans with assigned customers

  • Ensure communication standards and customer commitments to the field.

  • Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis.

  • Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary.

  • Conduct Business Reviews with senior managers from SPVB and the customers.

  • Collect customer feedbacks from SM/TDM/AAE and support to work on solutions.

    4. Assist, coordinate with SM in setting objectives and tracking results

  • Ensure objectives set are clear and consistent with Sales goals & with each member of the team.

  • Ensure all accounts are visited on an appropriate frequency.

  • Ensure each team member sells effectively in the market place.

  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions.

  • Review progress vs. objectives on a bi-weekly basis.

    5. Support SM in training & coaching AA Executive

  • Support assessment of performer capability and provide development feedback

  • Advise on modeling desired behaviors & skills during coaching sessions

  • Deliver group training as required

  • Support problem solving and address team issue

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree is required 

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in selling areas

  • Experience dealing with Anchor Account-Key Account is preferred

  • FMCG (preferred) business understanding and analytical skills

  • Strong planning & project management

  • Marketing and Trade marketing understanding & experience

  • Strong in building relationship with customers

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Proficiency in English skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
