Support Sales Manager in maintaining the business relationship with existing customers and building up relationship with new ones
Knowing and understanding the specification, packaging, pricing, merits and demerits of company products as well as competitor’s products to give out persuasive explanation in order to persuade/ get new customers
Knowing the procedure how to approach new customers, meeting customers, making reports about especially manufacturing companies, processing companies…
Drafting the business contracts after dealing customers
Solving customer’s complains (if any) and suggesting solutions for the problems
Finding new customers for new brand/ product to expand the market and suggesting appropriate strategies to Senior Sales Manager

University degree in business, commerce, marketing, Food technology is preferable
3-5 years experience in Industrial management in FMCG company or B2B company (Food Technology or Food Industry is preferable)
Experience in dealing with ingredients for the Food, Fish Industries, and Dairy industries
Priority candidate who has experience in R&D experience in Food industry
Customer communication skill
Motivate, hard working, confident
Able to work under pressure
Good management skills
Good team work & communication with other departments
Good comunication in English
