• Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
• Promote and build awareness of 40HRS Co.Ltd capabilities to our existing Client database.
• Be an active networker.
• Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
• Organize interviews between Client and Candidates.
• Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
• Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director
• Graduates / post graduates majoring in HR, Business. Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
• Overseas study is a plus, but not a must.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in HR/recruitment, Sales with a proven track record. (welcome fresh graduated)
• Advanced in English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
