Mô tả Công việc

Job Functions:

  • Follow up of Strategic Annual Marketing plan. Implement of all actions and campaigns, follow up of actions & expenses and final reports.

  • Project: Make sure that the concept of the project (color, window display, decoration, POSM, uniforms, music, ambiance, decoration…) is well developed with Merchandiser coordinator and Designer, and well-implemented and effectively followed by Stores. Final follow-up & reporting of the campaign’s results.

  • Branding: Responsible for launching & good application of our branding book and improvement of our concept + compliance w/ our guidelines for:

    • Furniture & Equipment & Accessories

    • Billboard

    • Area & store signage

    • Labeling

    • Display material

    • Shelving

    • Graphic Chart per Category

  • Supervise the launching of project:

    • New packaging, bagging& uniform policy

    • Private label brand

    • New products catalogue

  • Be responsible for Visual Environment in store and for the optimization of our stores universes: deli display, tea corner, nonfood, wine & beverage, dry and sweet, F&V, bakery. Work continuously with maintenance team & external suppliers to make sure our stores visual environment can guarantee the best shopping experience for our customers. Audit, report & optimization.

  • Supervise Merchandising strategy: from definition of the best assortment (in link with Marketing Merchandising Coordinator, Purchasing and Operational department) to definition of merchandising plan by universe in store: signage, display, price tags, POSM & planogram.

  • Opening of new stores or new concepts: working on layout options, decoration…Deal with external agencies & suppliers, maintenance team, and store staffs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: University, Marketing Degree (plus)

Software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

English :Advanced

Key Requirements/ qualities

  • 2 - 3 years in marketing, brand development (notions of merchandising is a plus) within a retail or FMCG organization
  • Experience of dealing with external agencies &vendors, various internal departments & staff in store.
  • Should have advance exposure to retailing practices, trade-marketing, project management, communication and visual merchandising activities.
  • Should have exposure in brand / product management (within retail or FMCG organization)
  • Be good at interpersonal communication skills, organization and analytical and synthetic abilities; be able to work under pressure and to respect project timeline; be pro-active, capable of listening and learning, self-directed, honest; speak and act with conviction,
  • Creativity is a must.
