MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Develop and manage brand key, brand vision and annual marketing plan.
  • Implement brand communication, activation and related marketing activities, especially for the coffee shop chain.
  • Build brand equity.
  • Collaborate for brand innovation.
  • Drive brand sales volume & market share.
  • Maintain and improve brand profit & lost. 
  • Lead the development of marketing subordinates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan, develop, and execute the overall marketing plans, programs for assigned brand within the overall company strategy.
  • To build brand awareness and brand equity towards consumers perception.
  • Work closely with/within departments such as designer, manufacturing and R&D to consult on package, POSM, and product as it relates to branding.
  • Manage external marketing partner (e.g. advertising agencies, digital marketing, production..).
  • Supervise brand content, monitor brand performance & the effectiveness of advertising and other marketing activities.
  • Track consumers, competitors and market insights by reviewing sales volume, competitor activities, market share, ….
  • To assist the development of new/existing products and markets.
  • Track, manage brand profitability and marketing budgets.
  • Recruit, train and develop subordinates on skills and knowledge for handling tasks.
  • Support subordinates to carry assigned tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

1) Qualification / Education:

  • University graduate.
  • Preferably in Marketing or Business related.
  • Strong knowledge of Brand Management.

2) Relevant Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Marketing & Advertising.
  • Preferably at similar position in beverage business at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge about coffee, tea, coffee shop chain.

3) Language Spoken: English, Chinese

4) Computer / IT Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

5) Other Knowledge / Skills:

  • Creative, strategic thinking & planning.
  • Leadership.
  • Project management.
  • Presentation.
  • Communication & negotiation.
  • Problem solving.
  • Consumer/customer understanding.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1) Total Working Experiences: At least 6 years.
