Compensation & Benefits and strategic projects coordination manager
Under the supervision of the Group HR Director, the C&B manager will be responsible for analyzing compensation data within the organization and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary. Implement the organization reward strategy so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization desired internal and external market position

In addition to the C&B role, the manager will be responsible to manage the strategic action plans with periodic reviews of the projects

Main responsibilities

  • Contribute to design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.
  • Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
  • Develop and review job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay.
  • Source and analyze surveys to benchmark with the market
  • Forecast budget for salary increases.
  • Advise on salary increase requests.
  • Advises managers and employees on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs
  • Prepare spreadsheets for the annual salary review
  • Educate, mentor and train HR staff on processes and professional C&B skills.
  • Calculate gross & net salaries and cost to company whenever required.
  • Other tasks as assigned

** Note: during the first 6 months, the focus will be on Vietnam and Cambodia and then on other countries.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education background

  • Bachelor, master’s degree, or an advanced certificate HR or/and finances degree

Required competencies:

  • 5-10 years of experience in C&B field.
  • Financial management and budgeting skills
  • Making decisions based on data and statistics
  • Structuring compensation and benefits packages
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to prepare complex and accurate spreadsheets.
  • Data collections
  • Presentations skills.

Additional competencies

  • Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity.
