Compensation & Benefits and strategic projects coordination manager
Under the supervision of the Group HR Director, the C&B manager will be responsible for analyzing compensation data within the organization and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary. Implement the organization reward strategy so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization desired internal and external market position
In addition to the C&B role, the manager will be responsible to manage the strategic action plans with periodic reviews of the projects
** Note: during the first 6 months, the focus will be on Vietnam and Cambodia and then on other countries.
