Requirements:

Responsibility: Managing 3 sub-departments:

  • Tele Sales & Financial Advisory
  • Online Advisory & Customer Validation
  • Customer Care & Quality Control

DAILY EXECUTION

  • Managing the daily operations of the call centre teams,
  • Preparing shift staffing to required meet demand & effective resource planning for daily operation and projects
  • Reviewing the performance, monitoring fulfillment of KPI for all staff and proposing & executing corrective actions
  • Identifying training needs and planning training sessions;
  • Performing on the go trainings for staff
  • Managing and facilitating daily CC Evaluation & Motivating staff meetings
  • coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
  • Gathering feedback from all stakeholders, evaluating and proposing structured systematic solutions to increase productivity
  • Managing implementations of new strategies & projects, delegating tasks, monitoring fulfillment and reporting to Board
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments (Financial Services) and involvement in networks;

MONITORING & REPORTING

  • Forecasting and analysing data against budget figures on regular basis.
  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance;
  • ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded;
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries; Escalate systematic issues to Board

Focus of Recruiting:

  • Hiring and expanding the team
  • Finding alternative channels and new ways to recruit talents
  • Coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff;
  • Mass Recruiting of staff to Call center

            + Tele Sales

            + Search, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all job positions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Must have phone sales experience
  • Sales management experience
  • Strong soft skills training and coaching skills
