Mô tả Công việc

- Plan, find, negotiate and cooperate with various kind of partners in order to promote sales volume of assigned products through their customer bases by cross-selling and/or up-selling activities (hereafter called as “Dealer/ Dealer channel”)

- Generate and expand sales opportunities:

  • Build up and maintain close relationship with Dealers and their sales forces;
  • Launch new products at Dealer channel and to be in charge of product training to Dealer’s sales force;
  • Build up and implement sales policies and sales contests which are applicable for Dealer channel for motivating sales opportunities;
  • Propose and launch the sales programs/ events at Dealer channel;
  • Support marketing staffs on implementing the marketing activities at Dealer channel;
  • Build up the workflow and handle the problems/ ad-hoc tasks for Dealer channel;
  • Directly meet and serve customers at Dealer’s site;
  • Report to line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Degree of Associate or University degree 
  • Female, from 22 to 28 years old, with at least 01 years working experiences in finance industry with the familiar responsibility (similar position):

****Preferred to people who has at least 01 years sales experiences for secured loans/ unsecure loans at local banks or finance companies, and to be familiar with business developing through “dealers channel” (such as auto, real-estate, construction, home decoration, retail stores,…),  P.O.S and 3rd parties.

  • English, Vietnamese: fluency
  • Good looking
  • Good at computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, Project…)
  • “Can do” attitude,
  • Communication with calm,
  • Be able to work under high pressure,
  • Be available for field visiting
  • Teamwork, individual work 
  • Able to communicate with all the ranges of employee;
  • Communication effectively with clients – directly & on telephone;
  • Well negotiating skill (selling skill);
  • Planning and analyzing skill;
  • Well understanding about customer behavior in finance & banking industry.
  • Using operation system software

****We are currently in need of suitable candidate for Sales Operations Supervisor position who has capacity to manage and to control all branch operation activities well. The competitive salary as well as attractive compensation and benefit will be offered to successful candidates including a wide range of allowances (birthday, individual and family allowance, insurance etc.), annual health check up and outing trip. We work 5 days per week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday with lunch and 15 days of Annual leave provided.
