Recruitment and selection:
Manage the recruitment process for staff at all levels in Masan Consumer. Implement the current Recruitment and Selection guidelines and utilization for all new recruitment in the Company.
Facilitate the orientation process and ensure that all newly recruited employees go through a formal induction process with all departments; Ensure the new employees are disseminated all policies and procedure within the beginning time of their joining.
Update Employee regulation to ensure that employees in MSC understand and adhere to the policies and procedure.
Employee File and Data Management:
Complete personal file of employees, including permanent and casual labour. Keep tracking, maintaining the documentation of all employee transactions as per guidelines and maintain the same in personnel files.
Employee data update to HR management file. Ensure complete all HR reports as requirement by Head office and Authorities related.
Compensations & Benefits
Ensure of updating salary matrix system for new hire. Close with HR Manager for pay review, bonus, other benefits that suit the Company’s development and local labour market.
Perform all employees’ compensation & benefits related issues, including payroll, benefits, social insurance contribution, medical & health care insurance, social & medical insurance claims; deduction, declaration and finalization of personal income tax.
Ensure all other benefits of MSC’s staff follow Masan Group welfare policy.
Work closely with HR Manager in analysis of yearly training needs plan for MSC staff.
Co-ordinate with Head of Department in supervision of new employees training process. Ensure the quality and procedure of new employee training.
Implement the process for performance appraisal on probation and annual of all MSC staff for evaluation and measurement of performance.
Work closely with HR Manager in identification of clear goals and capacity building needs for MSC staff.
Work closely with HR Manager in prevention and solution of breaches; ensure all MSC staff observes labour discipline and all MSC regulation.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Keeping good relation with employees
Taking care of their morale and motivation, solving their concerns.
Handling employees’ disciplinary and grievance issues.
Joining in the development of the corporate culture
Internal & external communication
Perform external communication actions to government & administration
Ensure timely and accurate communication with employees
Coordinate communication with Corporate & Division
Control uniform stock. Ensure of uniform delivery to staff is compliant with MSC regulation.
Perform general administration task for MSC. Ensure of smooth support to all Departments about facilities, office equipment and miscellaneous…
Work closely with Senior Accountant to control admin expenses in accordance with approved annual budget.

- University / College Graduates - Commerce or Accounting
- Minimum 2-year-Experience at the similar position, C&B or Accounting
- Proficient or advanced computer skill ( eg. Office excel, powerpoint...)
- Basic English will be an asset.
