50% Contract Processing
- System: Ensure check and data entry of all agreements into system accurately and consistently with requirements.
- Paperwork: Handling and adjustment of mistakes regarding agreement and relevant paper.
- Support: Provide necessary guideline to Member Services team in promotion information, procedures and policies informed.
30% Contract Compliance
- Audits: Coordinate the systematic and pricing/ promotion/ policy conduction to ensure every agreement are compliant and accurate.
- Support: Assist consultant to understand company’s policies and procedures deeply and reduce mistake at least possible.
- Report: Oversee the performance of self to ensure the reports correctly and consistent with manager’s requirements.
10% Self and Team Development
- Self-Development: Ensure participate in meetings and training courses fully to update newest information.
- Team Development: Report problems to manager and contribute ideas for solutions to build the big and strong team.
