Mô tả Công việc

  • Lead Generation – to identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads by cold calling, networking, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • To ensure robust pipeline of corporate opportunities.
  • Set meetings with identified clients and decision makers.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
  • Pro-actively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Sales Team.
  • Research and identify opportunities with companies who are not in the database.
  • Provide Assistance to Sales Support Staff
  • Retain existing accounts through rapport building and constant communication to continually cultivate business relationship.
  • Provide renewal notice 2 month before contract anniversary. For cases of under-manage accounts; provided specific solutions to improve service.
  • Provide quick and reasonable solutions to corporate client query request and complain.
  • Provide suggestions, solutions and action plan to Operations Team to improve corporate service and minimize complains.
  • Provide support to client concerns by liaising between departments and branches.
  • Provide client report as requested.
  • Gather market and competition data through research and networking
  • Get feedbacks and suggestions from various clients to develop corporate wellness services based on industry needs
  • Prepare and present proposals to corporate agreement decision makers.
  • Work closely with supervisor and other members of the Sales and Marketing Teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximising cross promotional opportunities.
  • Work special events to entertain existing partners and prospects.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization on corporate partner related programs including community relations, public relations, membership sales, marketing.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure details are accurate.
  • Maintain an updated database of current and potential clients to high degree of accuracy and detailed information.
  • Protects company’s value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Understand Elite Fitness and BIM Group’s goal/purpose and incorporate this in various business development action plans that will enhance the company’s performance.
  • Perform other duties to meet the current needs of the company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Required skills: knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially in Power Point and in excel program, good communication skills, leadership skills, decision maker and team player.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 2-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of customer dynamics and requirements
  • Background in Sales and Marketing.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal Vietnamese and English
