Mô tả Công việc

Job tasks are included but not limited to:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner.
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
  • Contact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Meet & assist customer’s incidents on site (daily and ad-hoc).
  • Organize workflow to meet & great customers on tour.
  • Issue refunds & present gifts to customers by Sales’s order.
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Report all issues to related people & departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, incidents, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute periodical customer service reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Conduct survey on quality of services internally and externally
  • Analyze data and statistics.
  • Collect feedback of tourists, compile and analyze reports on overall tourist’s satisfaction. Provide feedback to related parties on the efficiency of the process and services provided.
  • Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
  • Inspect suppliers included prefferred list and new suppliers and make assessments
  • Interact with suppliers to solve complaints & ensure the consistent quality of all provided services.
  • Networking with suppliers to make sure they understand & provide the committed services.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Any fluency in another foreign language would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experienced in travel industry or in Customer Care services.
  • Creative problem solving skills and outstanding follow through and organizational ability.
  • Proficient excellent Excel & PP presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn complex procedures and be proactive in proposing innovations and improvements.
  • Experience working with high performance teams.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
