Mô tả Công việc

Customer service

  • Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in English in professional manner (In bound & Out bound calls / emails);
  • Following-up customer inquiry;
  • Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints if any;
  • Managing customer information, maintaining customer records by updating account information;

Administration

  • Distinguish different kinds of introduction orders from leasing company in order to send
  • correct invoice, receipt and sale deed;
  • Understand bank compliance in order to advice which currency client should make payment;
  • Comprehend contract terms and other company info in order to answer clients calls and emails;
  • Communicate with salesman regarding current situation of each client;
  • Assist General Manager: work closely and effectively with other business and functional heads to keep him well informed of upcoming responsibilities;
  • Monitor and manage the daily work of tea ladies to ensure smooth operations of office systems as well as office cleanness and tidiness;
  • Other administrative tasks as requested.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • EXCELLENT ENGLISH (speaking, listening, writing equivalent to IELTS > 6.5 or TOIEC > 800). Prefer candidates graduated from over sea.
  • Having great customer service mind set is a must;
  • Having ability to work under high pressure, multitask and ability to generate ideas;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet;
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures (shall be trained);
  • Being a strong team player with Can-do attitude and Adaptability mind set.
  • 1-2 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center is preferable; or fresh
  • Graduated is still acceptable.
