Mô tả Công việc

Customer Service Manage shall lead & supervise a team of Customer Service Experts to deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectation. She shall help the organization to build successful & long-term relationships with customers by:

  • Providing overall leadership for customer service staff, including service & product trainings, coaching, recruiting, ensure provision of consistently high standards of customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Developing customer service procedures, policies & standards for Company
  • Leading Customer service team in providing help & advice to customers who use company’s products or services
  • Identifying and recommend the strategies & solutions that would improve service quality, productivity & profitability based on analysis of service trends, root causes of service issues & customer service best practices
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine service effectiveness & pointing out the suggestion for improvement
  • Monitoring accuracy of customer reports and customer database management
  • Coordinating closely with relevant departments: Sales, Marketing, Design, develope, implement & analyze the effectiveness of customers’ programs regarding pre-sales, sales & after-sales activities like: Promotion, Maintenance, Product Installation,...
  • Measuring customer satisfaction through customer feedback; Providing optimal solutions to customer concerns & ensuring prompt resolution to customer complaints.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Commercial Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Female, University graduation major in Business Management, Economics or relevant major
  • At least 6 years of work experience in Customer care and at least 2 years’ experience in Managerial level
  • Customer care experience in Furnishing, Interior or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Strong experiences with Call Center system
  • Extensive knowledge & experience in Crisis management &  human behavior
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
  • Good Problem solving skill
  • Good Statistic & analysis skills
  • Good in English (both 4 skills)
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Dynamic, progressive, detailed & customer-oriented
  • Possess nice voice
  • Good appearance & professional manner.
