Mô tả Công việc


  • To provide back office support encompassing order processing, co–ordination of sales information in between clients and sales team, so as to facilitate the overall sales process and ensure a high degree of service level.


  • To check PCF’s before processing (commodities’ details, credit limit, approval by Department Manager,) to ensure P/O, S/O are keyed in correctly in SAP. 
  • To monitor and chase signature of contracts, deposits, L/C opening, L/C amendment.
  • To push order confirmation & shipping advice from principals, then inform to customers promptly.
  • To work with suppliers and customers for L/C amendments, faulty shipping documents;
  • To chase freight rates and arranging freight for FOB;
  • To ensure that all incident/problems are reported to direct supervisor(s) promptly.
  • To ensure that all documents are sent to exact address and filed in proper places.
  • To ensure that all SS administrative procedures are correctly implemented.
  • To assist Logistics and CS Manager in preparing ad hoc reports if requested.
  • To assist Sales Team & JJVL in contacting clients for collection of A/R overdue.
  • Handle telephone sales towards “C” clients as allocated by Department Manager.
  • To facilitate MIGO - MM covering Regular & Consignment stock
  • To handle claim process covering damaged cargo & others related to logistic services
  • To undertake stock count four time per year
  • To implement and fulfill all administrative ISO procedures correctly.
  • Main Challenges
  • To acquire the necessary skills in handling telephone sales for sales department.
  • To acquire the necessary skills needed to prepare documentation and handle inquiries on an independent basis and enhance efficiency / effectiveness.
  • To acquire and demonstrate a high degree of independence and ability to analyze problems and find / implement solutions in line with department and/or company objectives.


  • Participating member of the ISO committee
  • Participating in company EAT team groups - programs
  • ISO Committee Support – Document filling

Yêu Cầu Công Việc



  • B.A in related field


  • Min. 1-2 years in sales department or related field
