Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage a team of Customer Service
  • Ongoing development of the Team unit.
  • On-going training and development of Customer Services
  • Ensure a positive working relationship with the Customers, other Teams within Customer Services and other departments within the business including, but not restricted to Sales and Business Development.
  • Providing help and advice to customers.
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service agent.
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents.
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided.
  • Plan and manage the activities of the team to meet and achieve the targets set.
  • Be responsible for developing regular performance review and appraisal programmes to set KPI’s.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service 
  • Degree, BBA or equivalent 
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office,
  • Communication skills, negotiation, good behavior
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively and bring maximum satisfaction to customers
