Mô tả Công việc

  • To research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and goods/items opportunities;
  • To execute sourcing, conduct price negotiations with suppliers;
  • To prepare supply contract with supplier in the consulting of the line manager in order to protect the right of Company;
  • To ensure execution and maintenance of assortment, quality and sanitation, safety policies and practices, outstanding customer engagement and service and team training and development;
  • To be responsible for merchandising planogram for category that in-charge;
  • To monitor food costs, gross margin and expenses, provide guideline to department managers as necessary to keep key business indicators on track to achieving necessary result;
  • To inspect and ensure strictly adherence and compliance with all state and federal laws that is applied to operation including health and sanitation regulations;
  • To use experience and knowledge gained from recent/current data analysis; to provide input and actively participate in developing and/or introducing new products; to re-new or update the operation standards and processes; re-new or revise the merchandising action plans; to ensure the department managers and team members embrace and implement synchronously; to inspect, identify, and resolve problems as they are occurred;
  • To implement the strategy of category performance improvement; to evaluate the on-going project performance;
  • To understand and share knowledge of specific product categories by accessing and analyzing data of key business indicators; to examine critically and understand either factors or nuances that might influent to the key business indicators; to draw well-reasoned conclusions based on data and experience; and thereby, to anticipate trends and represent the findings and conclusion
  • To build necessary relationships and alliances with all functional departments through the delivery of meaningful, accurate and punctual results on the consistent basis;
  • To guarantee availability

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: College/ University Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, food science or relevant subjects;
- Experience:

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in merchandising within the retail/wholesale or associated sector on relevant category with prior experience in supervising a buying team up to middle managers;

- Knowledge:

  • Acknowledge about products associated with production;
  • Ability of analyzing trend and market research, knowledge of the relevant financial cost;
  • Understand Consumer in sights is advantages;
  • Foreign language: Proficient in English.

- Skill:

  • Strong analyzing ability and working well with data/figures;
  • Communication, time management, organizational effectiveness
  • Advanced analyzing and problem solving skills;
  • Ability of negotiating with suppliers;
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Informatics: proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
