Mô tả Công việc

  • Acts as the primary point of communication between IT and operation, business and functional units in the Company.
  • Provide Business Applications support to local offices.
  • Works closely with Group IT and drives change management, ERP Integration, information security and etc as at when required by the Group IT. Works closely with local Operations teams to understand the ERP limitations and strengths, and lead projects to review & deliver proper UAT, user training and system to system / paper to system change management.
  • Provides IT operations functions to offices for the organization’s standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions, service desk and etc.
  • Performs local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
  • In cooperation with local operations staff and key users, provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units.
  • Monitors security compliance in accordance with Group standards, policies and procedures.
  • Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users for communications, initiatives, needs assessments, etc.
  • Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems.
  • Responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.
  • Performs appropriate duties associated with division and project-based activities.
  • Participates in the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Candidates living in Binh Duong
  • ERP implementation and support experience is a plus. Preferable ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX
  • Business applications support experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Well versed with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows. May require database management skills with ability to produce reports.
  • Must have a strong dedication to customer service.
  • Training ability/experience a plus.
  • Passionate about Information Technology
  • Interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.
  • Exercise independent judgment. Work affords significant opportunity to act independently on assigned tasks.
  • Duties are performed under minimal supervision.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanour and discretion. Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information.
  • Formulate and clearly communicate ideas to others.
  • Fluency in English and the primary language of the country or region supported.
