General Administration Staff

Mô tả Công việc

· Ensure the public and working areas of the office are maintained in an ordered and tidy manner at all times.

· Ensure sufficient office stationery, drinking water and other necessity.

· Managing apartment leasing

· Being in charge of all administration duties such as:

+ Making payment request and keeping record for all general expenses

+ Arranging car/taxi for all staff

+ Booking air plane ticket and accommodation

+ Visa application

+ Other works as assigned by manager

· Detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, any field.

·         At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

·         Full-Time position(s) available.

·         English speaking
