Mô tả Công việc


  • Playing the main role in coordinating and developing trainings for Intertek Vietnam, proposing proper actions for competence improvement, and researching on HR matters in order to advise Country HR Manager for better/ improved model and organization.
  • Support Country HR Manager in managing Human resources matters, learning process within Intertek Vietnam to ensure that the employment, learning and development activities are completely aligned with the Government regulations, the culture, Intertek’s values, Company’s strategy, and the co-operate.

Job Description:

1. Induction & Orientation

  • Review, update and develop Orientation & Induction program for employees to ensure that the new hires meet their expectations together within the Company.

2. Training Process & Policy

  • Develop, administer, standardize training policy, programs, process/ procedures among Intertek Vietnam; giving expertise for other departments within Intertek Vietnam upon request;
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs;
  • Prepare and control training budget;
  • Implementation of training activities;
  • Define and update training framework of all job positions in collaboration with relevant managers;
  • Improve, organize orientation for new hires, and directly conduct it when depending on need, ensuring they have best understanding about the company’s values, policies, regulations, organization for best integration;
  • Coordinate specific trainings regarding soft skills and HR-related matters for HR and/or other departments; directly conduct specific topics as validated with Country HR Manager;
  • Maintain and update training database;
  • Follow up the efficiency of all trainings; implement initiatives for improvement;

3. Talent development

  • Conduct the TNA and build up training plan base on job requirement, business requirement, and employee expectation;
  • Corporate with HR regional to deliver effective training programs;
  • Analyze training feedback and training assessment to identify area for improvement;
  • Identify critical positions, build up development programs and implement it to ensure the backup resource for stable development;
  • Support safety department to identify safety training matrix for all positions. Organize safety training course as plan.

4. Organizational Development

  • Developing and co-coordinating the implementation of Company’ plans to improve the competence of the organization;
  • Design & co-ordinate Company’ plans & initiatives to meet development needs for business growth;
  • Design, provide training for people in all organization in collaboration with technical training for training synergy across the organization & total company’s needs;
  • Provide reports/ analysis related to training & development as well as managing evaluation of projects, course delivery, pre/post training course evaluation & training records;
  • Support/ Lead OD plans across the organization;
  • Support in organization development plan to meet personal goal, professional and organizational needs of Company’ employees;

5. Lead & Performance Appraisal

  • Conduct job and performance analysis for effective performance management;
  • Define and implement effectively performance evaluation and appraisal system;
  • Liaise with other Head of departments to create, review and implement HR best practice in policy, procedures to ensure for office running smoothly and effectively, and provide input on HR policies, procedures and manuals to adapt any changes of business goals (if any).

6. Coordinating Technical Trainings

  • Coordinate technical trainings with relevant trainers to make sure that training plan is developed in response to production need, that trainings are deployed as planned and reach the pre-set goals
  • Advise functional trainers in all training matters.
  • Coach, share experience with technical trainers in training skills and trainee management.

7. Competency Building & Evaluation

  • Assist for Country HR Manager to build Competency Manual for company and for each department;
  • Assist for Country HR Manager to build Competency Evaluation process;
  • Prepare competency gap analysis and action required;
  • Take a role in coordinating HR and other department team in competency development.

8. Other tasks as assigned by Country HR Manager.

  • Deep Knowledge of Business - thorough understanding of the business of Company. 
  • Organizational Analysis - An analysis of the business needs or other reasons the training is desired. An analysis of the organization's strategies, goals, and objectives. What is the Company overall trying to accomplish?
  • Work analysis / Task Analysis - Analysis of the tasks being performed. This analysis seeks to specify the main duties and skill level required. This helps ensure that the training which is developed will include relevant links to the content of the job.
  • Performance Analysis - Are the employees performing up to the established standard? If performance is below expectations, can training help to improve this performance? Is there a Performance Gap?
  • Training Suitability Analysis - Analysis of whether training is the desired solution. It is important to determine if training will be effective in its usage.
  • Soft skills training – Conduct soft skills training for entire employees appropriately.


  • Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Possessing good communication skill and organization skill
  • Having appropriate leadership behavior
  • Being confident in working independently and under high pressure


  • At least 7 years in Employee Development and Succession Planning
  • At least 7 years in Training & Qualifications, also extensive leadership experience

Qualification: Bachelor degree (preferred from Human Resources, Education or Business Management Faculty)

Languages Required: Fluently in English & native Vietnamese
