1. Provides training services, focusing on product knowledge and sale consultancy skill training, to sale staff and all Departments/Sections to enhance their product and brand knowledge, sales skills and attitudes;
2. Monitors the quality of product training system and process to ensure a proper implementation according to brand strategy, focus on HC brand
3. Coordinate with all sales team in developing the yearly and monthly training plans to ensure the training courses to be carried out on time and well-prepared. Keep contact point for country-wide reporting on HC product training activities.
4. Controls the training budget to ensure a right investment in training.
5. Coordinate with FM to organize training conferences/ events to internal staff and external parties (distributors, retailers, doctors, and nurses…) to deliver product knowledge and sale skills.
Customer relationship management activities
1. Assess the quality of knowledge and consultancy skills of shops owners by frequent visit and test, and propose methods and tools of improving knowledge and skills for shops owners
2. Provide training on the job for salesmen on skills of sales, and support salesmen to list new products successfully into the shops.
