A. ABOUT TWG TEA

B. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Look after the service business of the company.
  • Develop sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining and growing existing customers.
  • Source and develop relationship with new customers in HORECA channel (luxury hotels, resorts, restaurant and other such catering companies,..)
  • Introduce new products, convince customers and follow up till getting the final result.
  • Negotiate and finalize prices with approval of Line Manager/ General Manager.
  • Delivering a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service.
  • Manage sales activities, make and implement sales action plans.
  • Directly implement the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, take orders and execute promotion with the company requirements.
  • Coordinate with the other department for the prompt delivery of goods.
  • Point of contact for reports and feedback to weekly & monthly reporting or as otherwise requested.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market sensing to propose appropriate measure.
  • Analyze data and make sales forecast.
  • Survey, and update information about competitors and customers’ opinions.
  • Oversee all customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and other tasks as required.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports.
  • To be ready to take other tasks subject to assignment of Operation Manager/ General Manager.

C. WORKING HOURS & WORKING LOCATION

Working hours : 44 hours/week

  • Mon – Fri : 08:30 am -12:00 am ; 01:00 pm – 05:30 pm
  • Sat : 08:30 am -12:00 am ; Off

Work location: No. 70, Street 2, Him Lam Residential, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Basic salary + allowance + tip + bonus (Basic salary will be negotiated at the interview), total income from 12.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ/per month.
  • During probation period, you receive 85% of basic salary.
  • 12 days of annual leave entitlement.
  • Full benefits health insurance and Social insurance regulated by Vietnam Labor Law.
