Mô tả Công việc

  • Formulate objective, strategic and guidelines for the management and development human resource as well as all administration activities.
  • Direct the development, review and implementation of human resource and administration policies, system, and procedures. Ensure that approved policies and procedures are disseminated in timely manner and are consistently implement and administered throughout the company.
  • Direct and monitor all staff recruitment /placement/transfer activities. Participate in the recruitment of senior executive positions.
  • Direct the staff training and development function ensuring that all training needs are appropriately met.
  • Direct the maintenance and regular review of job evaluation system and compensation schemes.
  • Supervise salary and payroll administration activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Qualifications: Basic University Degree in Business, Social Science or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years working experience in HR
  • Experience working for Malaysia company.
  • Specific skills / abilities: Good working knowledge related to HR & administration
  • Personal qualities: Able to communicate with all levels, assertive, initiative, leadership, integrity, sense of urgency & teamwork.
