Make sure that the company complies with all appropriate laws and regulations, and that the staffs to be recruited have the appropriate licenses.
Oversee Human Resources programmers, including recruiting/employment, compensation, benefit its, employee relations, recognition programmers, and training programmers, to ensure policy compliance f or hotel team members.
Prepare HR budget and assist f or overall hotel budget and capex.
Build the salary scale in accordance with hotel business and revenue.
Create and develop all JDs, coordinate all other SOPs in the hotel, by departments.
Assist the management in any activities to help promote business and revenue for the hotel.
Coach and counsel General Manager and Department Heads on all people- related issues.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
relating to employment, compensation, disciplinary and employee relations.
Develop and implement screening and recruiting systems to ensure qualified candidates are hired f or vacancies, search and get on board all HODs for new management.
Build new policy about CB, staff benefit, hotel rules and regulations.
Set up and implement HR Information System.
Create HR Operation Manual and HR SOPs
Define and set up Employee Recognition program, Disciplinary process, Performance Management system.
Gather information on competitor recruitment, development and retention strategies.
Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure complying with Labor Law, hotel rules and regulations. Consult with the HODs an appropriate action and recommend the final penalty in consultation with General Manager.

7-8 years working experience in relevant field
Good command for both written and spoken in English
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good knowledge in labor law, insurance law, human resource field
Analytical and problem skills
Able to work independently
