Mô tả Công việc

  • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and continued follow-up training.
  • Training Yeah1 Network’s policies and company’s produces for new comer
  • Training Sales skill & company's produces for Sales Staff (part-time)
  • Conduct soft skills training courses
  • Conduct the training needs analysis for HR manager, CEO & BOD
  • Propose the training plan for HR manager, CEO & BOD
  • Coordinate with the other sites to propose the training plan for manager, director level of Yeah1 Network
  • Implement and monitor the approved training plan to ensure the quality of training services.
  • Contact with outside companies/suppliers/customers and maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Company and Stores
  • Evaluate the training effectiveness
  • Ensure the employees’ training and development records are properly recorded
  • Review the training policy/ procedure and to manage the training cost/ budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Conducts trainee evaluation with a variety of methods; performance management through quality monitoring, feedback, coaching and reporting.
  • Plans, coordinates and supervises the roll-out of all training initiatives, including (but not limited to) training of new employees, new products (up-training), changing of procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years of experiences on training fields, have experiences on Digital and Sales fields.
  • Ability to react quickly to a flexible work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple projects/priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate PC skills for course design.
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to identify complex problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to identify, support and execute change.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate professionally at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to analyze course materials and learner information.
  • Ability to adjust delivery style to meet learner needs.
  • Skills to establish and maintain instructor credibility and manage the learning environment.
  • Excellent ability to provide fair and specific feedback.
