International Sales Manager

- Develop the short/long term strategy & execution plan for assigned region to ensure the target is achieved effectively;
- Source new customers/ markets through his/her own network;
- Coordinate with Factory & relevant teams to prepare sales forecast;
- Propose initiatives for team’s objectives;
- Prepare the presentation & take lead in Factory tours to introduce for customers about Company products & production procedure;
- Cooperate with other departments such as: Factory, Import/ Export… to follow up the progress of Sales orders as well as ensure all customers’ requests are fully resolved effectively;
- Allocate, monitor & manage teams’ working efficiency to achieved the assigned targets;
- Train & develop the team members’ competences through appropriate training methods;
- Provide timely reports relating to Sales & Market status of assigned region.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, University graduation major in Business Management or relevant field
- At least 6 years working experience in International/Export Sales
- Knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Exporting principles
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive and trustworthy relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office tools to create professional reports and presentation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Confident, positive, and trustworthy with the highest degree of integrity
- Driven, motivated, highly disciplined and committed to success
- Organized, flexible, and coachable
- Fluent in English (4 skills), Chinese will be a plus.
