Develop business relationship with existing Japanese customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements – to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs.
Identify new sales opportunities and discover new businesses.
Find out the customers’ requirements and provide guidance to customers.
Dictate, implement the strategy for Japanese customers to achieve company’s target.
Responsible for all technical communication between sales, technical service and the customer.
Make sure implementation of supply contracts, quotations, from before shipping of the product until receiving the payment from the customers.
Prepare sales forecasts accurately.
Be proactive in progressing customer orders to completion and respond to customer progress enquiries within expected timescales.
Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders.
Collaborate with all departments to achieve the mutual corporate targets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Male/female native speaker of Japanese, aged more than 30 years old.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Industrial Science, etc.
At least five years of experience working with the chemical surface-finishing procedures, etc. Experience with chemical products is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated.
Experience working with diverse audiences.
Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.
Excellent solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
Native Japanese speaker and good English skills.
Be able to go on Business in Vietnam and other countries.
