- Build, monitor and manage the rules and regulations of the company with regard to labor management.
- Handle and manage the demands and requests from the employees timely and smoothly.
- Find the issues or problems in a work-site operation in advance and support the relevant managers and supervisors to settle by communicating properly and effectively.
- Collect and manage the labor related information inside or outside the company
- Take the disciplinary process according to the rules regulations.
- Make and maintain the close relations and collaboration with the authorities
