Legal Assistant Manager

- Drafting, inspection and controlling of legal documents, the types of documents, economic contracts, help all departments on legal aspects.
- Management system of legal documents, regulations of the Governments and the provisions of the Company.
- Review and systematization of legal documents related to the operations of the Company
- Solving problems related to legal: the changing procedures of business registration, investment licenses, the records of litigation, dispute resolution, project investment…
- Updating, guiding the application of legal provisions for the Board of Directors and departments
- Participate in construction, drafting, and controlling content of rules, regulations and provisions of the Company under current legislation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree in Law, (Lawyer Certificate is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of legal experience.
- Professional English proficiency and Microsoft Office.
- Have a thorough understanding of legal procedures.
- Familiar with various types of contracts / deeds / agreements…
- Having experience in following up and resolving problems: investment, capital contribution, withdrawal, dispute… in joint-stock company.
- Having experience in conducting legal procedures related to intellectual property
- Good knowledge on Labor Law, Enterprise Law, decree law, circular letter and standard related to assigned jobs.
- Good at communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills
- Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork oriented
