Mô tả Công việc

The Legal Assistant, under supervision of Human Resources Director, shall be responsible for:

Legal service and Database Management

  • Overall legal support to Holding Company and its Businesses
  • Maintain legal forms files/contracts database and performs a wide variety of support functions within legal department
  • Review, prepare  & revise contracts and agreements (Sales contract, supply agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements etc)
  • Draft  and prepare letters, correspondence, company communications and other legal documents
  • Engages in corporate governance, including drafting board and stockholder resolutions, maintaining all corporate records, minute books and filings, maintaining entity history and corporate database,

Registration of new offices/business Licences

  • Liaise and deal with external legal counsels
  • Responsible for the acquisition of business licenses, establishment of Foundation and interacting with various Government authorities in-country and oversea for legal procedures to set up new offices.
  • Monitor, coordinate  and manage application and renewal of trademarks, licenses, leases and tenancies within the Holdings and its Businesses
  • Process all legal procedures relates to M&A; financial investment, construction for the Holdings

Internal procedures

  • Assist in establishing and developing appropriate and effective internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist in implementing effective internal compliance policies and procedures on new business activities
  • Conduct research, drafts  and/or assists in writing internal policies
  • Facilitate communication and workflow with various departments and among executive(s)
  • Management in litigation and/or dispute resolution matters within the group

Desired Qualifications

  • Good honors degree in law.
  • At least 3-5 years with relevant experience in corporate, or tourism industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent telephone, writing, and proofreading skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
  • Possess strong analytical skills and able to work independently as well as work as a team
