COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

  • Barworks Vietnam JSC is a new business venture between Barworks Wine & Spirits Singapore and C.T International Food and Beverage (Vietnam). Barworks Vietnam JSC has been established in District 3, HCMC and is going to expand nationwide.
  • Barworks Wine & Spirits Pte Ltd is an Authorized Dealer For Cointreau – Skyy – Mount Gay – Piper Heidsieck – Remy Martin – Asahi – Nikka – Macallan – Famous Grouse - Budwesier Beer & Other Well Known Names.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and monitor all marketing strategies for all the brands of the Company including digital marketing and PR.
  • Develop, implement and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotion and public relation activities of the Company
  • Develop, implement and monitor all the market and customer researches
  • Develop, implement and monitor all the competitors
  • Develop and monitor the marketing department including staffing, training, performance, budget, etc.
  • Assist the Operation Team on menu development and product pricing
  • Develop, implement and monitor an effective set of KPIs for marketing activities
  • Formulate strategic marketing plan for sustainable growth of the Company
  • Develop comprehensive local store marketing (LSM) plan for every new store
  • Lead, guide, follow-up and support all marketing initiatives on building brand recognition for the Company
  • Structure national marketing plan and budget (above the line investment)
  • Develop online supremacy for the Company in Vietnam via online transaction platform, affiliate digital marketing, explore feasibility for mobile marketing
  • Conduct consumer and competitive research and translate data into actionable plans
  • Develop grand opening communication strategy with PR/ brand agency
  • Develop sustainable partnership with agencies and suppliers
  • Share marketing plans and performance results of promotions with regional marketing counterpart

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Marketing experience in food and beverage, preferred with special emphasis on new market opening, strategic media planning skills, digital marketing and product development.
  • Minimum of 2-year work experience as a Marketing Manager/ Brand Manager/ Assistant Brand Manager
  • Prior F&B, wines & spirit and consumer retailing work experience preferred
  • Dynamic and driven
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with fluent spoken and written English
