Mô tả Công việc

In order to support our challenging Sales agenda, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position Modern Trade Executive.

Report to : Modern Trade Manager

Role:

- Build volume and revenue in Modern Trade by selling in Sales Development objectives and Initiatives establish during the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).

- Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned accounts comply with Suntory Pepsi performance standards and commitments.

Accountabilities:

Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts

- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Suntory PepsiCo standard (ASAP)

- Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired

- Call on all wiring assignments as planned

- Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment

- Develop, sell, and execute Customer Development Agreements with identified customers.

- Monitor MT Budget.

Execute plans with assigned customers

- Call on each customer per customer wiring plan

- Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field

- Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis

- Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations

- Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary

- Get customer feedback-direct phone.

Identify & Win New Business

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets

- Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities

- Co-ordinate and acquire new business

- Align the system to call on new accounts & outlets

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduation. 2-3 year experience in Sales FMCG (Modern Trade)

- Good understanding of selling & distribution system in Modern Trade channel

- Taking initiative & proactive approach

- Good negotiation, communication and problem solving skills

- Cooperative, independent and self-motivated. Ability to deal with conflicts and handle high pressure

- Good commands of English & computer usage
