Mô tả Công việc

The tasks listed below do not limit the responsibilities of the position. Additional tasks can be assigned according to the actual business demand.

1. Pre-sales:

  • Provide the necessary technical advices & services to the internal project sales team & external customers.
  • Conduct the specification, documentation, drawing filling, schedule and quotation consultation to the customers in compliance with the direction of project sales team & the company.
  • Prepare and make the sample mock-up as per demand.

2. Sales achievement:

  • Support the sales team together to achieve the quarterly and yearly sales targets for the assigned product line.

3. After sales:

  • Proactively provide the installation & repair services of assigned product line to the customers, ensure that the customer relationship & satisfaction are maintained and developed as well as coordinate with internal as external installation teams.
  • Timely provide the technical supports as per internal & external customers’ requests.

4. Nationwide team approach & development:

  • Take the responsibilities to build and develop the nationwide team to achieve the set goals.
  • Learn and get trained for existing or/and new product line and then re-train the team to ensure the team are highly competent to deliver the results.

5. Cross-function communication & coordination:

  • Well coordinate with different related departments (eg, sales, specification, product management, training, customer services and after sales survives, production) to exchange the information as well as enhance the teamwork.
  • Timely provide the necessary reports/updates to the related departments for better overview and support of the customer feedbacks and market demands/trends...etc.

6. Company discipline:

  • Be the representative for Company for customer contacts of assigned topics (eg. technical support).
  • Be professional in Company uniform and live on Company values (follow the guidelines from any company policy/manual/handbook/ book…).
  • Teamwork and support others where needed.
  • Do everything to enhance and to protect Company as a company and brand and don’t do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage Company as a company or brand.
  • Other jobs assigned by supervisors and the company.

  • The  National  Technical Sales Support  Managers’  objective is  nationwide  looking after all technical sales support activities for the assigned product line, which includes, but not limited to technical advices, specification, sales coordination and product installation and assigned product after sales services.
