ANALYSIS & RESULTS

  • Analyze all AGM reports per store and identify quality of these results in order to define a corrective actions plan for each one.
  • Coordinate and support store for a right compliance for all AGM process in store.
  • Support and follow AFF Horeca Project (Order, Sales Order, Invoice, Payment, etc.)
  • Support for the creation and the follow up of any kind of reports in order to improve the results in store or for any new project for the company.

AUDIT & MONITORING

  • Make weekly visits and audits in store to ensure the proper implementation of procedures : hygiene, quality, security, customers service, products, price, plannogram…
  • Evaluate the improvements and problematic during each visit to guarantee the best quality of customer service in store
  • Write reports after each audit and communicate results and actions plan per department and per store
  • Identify and analyze staff needs to discuss and have appropriate training schedule
  • Evaluate staff performance & skill level to identify people with potential evolution

ORGANIZATION & TRAINING

  • Have to be sure that organization in store is the most efficient for a high customer service
  • Create and participate at the elaboration of the “AGM Training book” every year and make a presentation on October for the next year
  • Take care and support first training for any new comer (AGM introduction, welcoming book, basic knowledge of products, hygiene, quality & security....) for the perfect application of each AGM procedures
  • Manage the preparation of training materials (translate and make document) on overall topics for the AGM brands, products and customers service, selling/retail skills
  • Support training classes based on the monthly schedule (room booking, fruit and water preparation, water, tasting etc.) and check attendants
  • Ensure and supervise the training session in store for the perfect application of each AGM procedures

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree with at least 2 year experience at the same position
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and one or more foreign languages: English or French
  • Good command of Microsoft office computer
  • Good analytical mind and organizational skills
