Working closely with the General Director you will be responsible for diary management, project participation, drafting agendas and compiling minutes, event and meeting co-ordination and organizing travel.
You will also be responsible for general administration duties including updating client information, billing clients, preparing timesheets and expense claims. With your proactive attitude, you will also be responsible for suggesting improvements to current processes and practices as appropriate and building effective relationships within the department and the wider firm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent skills in managing conflicting priorities, organizing, communicating and liaising with internal and external clients. You will be the type of person who pre-empts situations and constantly uses initiative to complete tasks.
This role will suit an experienced PA with an exceptional eye for detail. Ideally you will have worked within a large corporate or Professional Services environment. You will have sound Microsoft Office experience and strong customer focus. The ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential.

Minimum of 6 years work experience as a personal assistant to Director/General Director in a foreign company
Vietnamese national - university degree holder
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
