Mô tả Công việc

Supervise staffs, daily team activities, monitor the performance, ensure the highest productivity

  • Provide clear guidance and coaching/training/attachment for staff
  • Distribute right work to right staff and supervise staffs ‘daily work and review /evaluate the daily work to meet the target set by the department
  • Manage the outbound calls and be in charge of following up sending collections letters as per the templates to align the approved process.
  • Perform the evaluation of the call by officers with customers on the daily basis and ensure the quality.
  • Make the penalty fee waiver request for cases with the reason of late time to credit
  • Support the officers if required
  • Build up teamwork and motivate them to work.
  • Complete the target of contracts, calls, efficiency rate on daily, weekly, monthly basis

Ensure the service-oriented when doing the collection

  • Follow up, supervise and answer the complaints from the customers according to the process.
  • Comprehend the process/procedure and provide the best solutions to customers and obtain the highest recovery result
  • Ensure the services standard and satisfy both external and internal customer.

Ensure the effective Report

  • Report to line manager the daily team activities and team performance result
  • Report to line manager the coaching/training/guidance activities
  • Report all fraud suspicion to the line manager and propose proper solutions for cases/risk for company
  • Report to the line manager problems from systems or staff
  • Report to the line manager complaints from customers

Ensure the compliance with procedures, rules and discipline of the company and department

  • Respect all the internal working procedures, rules and discipline of the company and the department
  • Ensure the compliance with the confidential information
  • Respect the working schedule which is set by line manager
  • Follow the business-related instructions from the line manager

Contribute to the development capability

  • Attend all training courses, coaching sessions with line manager and put knowledge from courses into practice effectively
  • Do other tasks assigned by the line manager

  • Communication and listening skill (warm voice, capable to inspiring listeners,…)
  • Convincing skill, capturing customers’s sentiment
  • Problem-sovling skill: how to overcome the obstacles, how to gentlely reject the case,…
  • Understand the customers’ psychology
  • Knowledge of collection (overdue payment, overdue days….)
  • IT skill
  • English (preferred)
