Mô tả Công việc

1. Retail Business Strategy and Sales Development:

  • Be responsible to develop and fully responsible for the execution of retail business development, sales and service strategy for assigned accounts in Vietnam in order to align with sales and marketing strategy, sales & marketing short term and long term plan from.
  • Be responsible for retail sales business of assigned accounts to reach the assignment quota target assignment for whole country (Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly where relevant) regarding: Product Order Entry, Sales and Service Revenue, Gross profit of both sales and service based on decision of target assignment, target assignment agreement of sales and service business and meet objectives assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager, Country Manager and/ or Asia Pacific leadership on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for Vietnam.
  • Support to establish business development objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommends standards and sets targets and quotas for Vietnam. Support to establish the sales, marketing and business development objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a documented business and strategy planning and marketing documents (For each assigned accounts and each product, solution or service in the country) and ensure the timely execution of the same for retail
  • Ensure timely preparation, accuracy and submission of assigned accounts strategic plan, account pipe line, the sales budgets and reports of forecasts, AR, revenue recognition and ensures they are presented in a timely manner to the Sales Manager, Country Manager (weekly, quarterly, monthly, half-yearly and yearly, project and / account manager or any time according to Sales Manager and CM’s request).
  • Define the adequate business model for each assigned accounts segments. Where relevant is responsible to identify Business partners and manage those in full compliance to Company’s business standards, ensuring high level of account satisfaction and the attainment of business objectives assigned to Business partners..
  • Responsible to meet timely preparation of the proposal, P&L approval for each order, bid documents, sales contract and sales collection, sales order et… of assigned accounts are
  • strictly follow company and corporate’s procedures and manage optimization of the order to cash cycle.
  • Responsible to make sure the accuracy of placing products orders of the assigned accounts are exactly as contract and bidding requirement from accounts
  • Responsible for tracking assigned accounts information, forecasts and reports, account planning of each account then Ensure the timely, accuracy updating of sales pipeline, forecast and other activities by the Sales team on tool, regular review of the same and strictly sticks with this.

2. Retail Account Relationship:

  • Build up and manage relationship with through all phases of the sales cycle; Maintains good relationship with Business Partner, Leaders of Cooperate or key Accounts Leaders, suppliers, associations in Retail industry.
  • Build, develop and maintain prospect and account list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads. Be ensure the establishment and filing of document key competitors profile and activities as well as market data such as market share, flow share, win/loss assessment,…. and submit to management.
  • Responsible for tracking account information, forecasts and reports of individual account.
  • Responsible for New Business Development looking at new ways to increase Company’s market penetration and wallet share in existing accounts.

3. Retail Business Channel Development:

  • Develop, design BP strategy and implement processes to gather business partner channel requirements.
  • Define and develop business partner channels strategies and processes that support the distribution channel strategy framework.
  • Ensure business partner channel design and management activities support brand unit and/or business unit offering/solution strategy and implement recommendations which facilitate complimentary strategies.
  • Identified successful programs and communicates to other brand unit and/or business unit or channel management for implementation.

- Retail Service/ PS revenue:
Active co-operate with Service/ Software team to in the following works in order to in order to meet assigned Service Rev:

  • Send out the notification before a Warranty Period finish and prepare the contract when warranty is expired.
  • Cooperate with Service team to convert all expired warranty POS to MA in time.
  • Help service team to understand the MA signing contract process of accounts.
  • In case that the MA cannot be signed in time due to some critical reason, cooperate with Service to offer extended warranty to accounts.
  • Negotiate with account to sell spare part, signing bill work contract to expired warranty POS when MA haven't been signed and success selling.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Year of Experience and Field of Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager for multinational company, specialized in IT, solution, products or services to Bank/Retail or industries using POS solutions.
  • Prefer having experience in HP, Toshiba – Retail Sales.
  • Have wide and strong relationship in Banking, Retail industry and partners in these industries.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills both English and Vietnamese.
  • Relevant experience in Retail HW and SW/ERP Sales
  • Financial Appreciation particularly the P&L
  • Leadership Potential.
  • Appropriate Confidence Level

- Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Retail system in Vietnam and related policies, legislation/
  • Good knowledge of Sales, Marketing in Retail industry, well knowledge of Retail operation
  • Strong relationship with newspaper, television and media related to Retail or relating industries.
  • Good knowledge of bidding, contract, project management
  • Well presentation skills and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
  • Good computer literacy and experience with computerized information (including spreadsheets, databases), familiar with software packages under Windows and E-mail, Photoshop.
  • Excellent in English and very good at team work.
  • Wide knowledge of social life and good strategic skills.
  • Have deep knowledge and love to share and coaching sales skills, communication skills, account services skills, presentation skills with sales team and other teams need to be interact with account.
