Mô tả Công việc

  • To review the implementation and efficiency of the quality system and quality procedures by identifying opportunities for operations improvements in materials and products.
  • To analyze material, product and process performance and quality and when indicated or necessary, to make recommendations as reflected by the accumulated quality data.
  • To control the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation system which includes all changes to procedures, work instructions, forms, master list and other related documents to ensure QMS certification requirement are met.
  • To conduct periodic supplier / vendor audits on their processes and system.
  • To record and analyze the non-confirming, rejects and returns of products/materials and review the implementation of corrective / preventive actions by suppliers.
  • To record and analyze in-process performance and scrap / reject rates and determine the cause of non-conformance.
  • To investigate and analyze customer complaints and implement the necessary correction / preventive actions by analyzing the statistical quality / complaint data.
  • To plan and schedule the daily activities and periodic training for the QA / QC Inspectors in the QA / QC Department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification/ Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science related field

Work Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Quality and Manufacturing Industry
  • Understanding of Quality Management System; ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledge in Total Quality Management principles and techniques.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good knowledge in both spoken and written English
