Mô tả Công việc

Food service development

  • Responsible for quality assurance of product quality control in particular in food service items.
  • Develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures.
  • Report timely on related matters of food service qualities and samples.
  • Ensure the food service offers meet with Vietnam’s standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with related departments to develop food service items and analyze results.
  • Be responsible for accuracy and compliance with functional requirements of the job.
  • Support on necessary training courses on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods for QA.

Store and operation

  • To conduct regular inspections to stores to ensure all stores comply with the company requirements on both food hygiene and safety and customer service.
  • Support stores to achieve the company requirement on FS hygiene and safety
  • Issue QA report after store inspection and set objectives for improvement

Merchandising/ supplier

  • Conduct factory audit on quality control system, ensure the products supplied in high quality.
  • Alert management when there is any quality issue on the product and make suggestion to improve.

Site Development

  • Coordinate with Site Development on any equipment issue and to ensure the high efficiency is maintained.

Training

Support the issuing and training on SOP training on QA to ensure FS products are prepared and deliver at high standard and quality.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 2-year experience in supervisor position in hospitality relating to food service, catering, fast food industry. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
  • Food lover and customer service oriented.
  • Detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel.
  • High level of integrity, details, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team.
