Setting new products strategic direction, as well as manage and develop all new products and production processes are in compliance with Company direction.
Being able to communicate insights, identify and bring to life business opportunities in the area of nutrition and health.
- Lead all formulas of milk powder, UHT liquid milk, yogurt & other products based on applications of nutritional science to Vietnamese.
- Responsible for overall regulatory compliance of R&D systems and processes - responsible for updating and applying the latest dairy laws/regulations into R&D
- Lead in initiating all possibilities of developing new products, of optimizing recipe cost and packaging cost
- Testing new product/ packaging material, samples making, packaging material logistics preparation for testing.
- Conduct plant trial in cooperation with production line/transit test for new product/ packaging development.
- Join to factory building project in order to recommend equipment & technology development capability, research new product formula for the plant.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Chemical/ Food technology & related fields (3 – 5 years in R&D of dairy company).
- HACCP, ISO, 5S

- Fluent in Enlish (spoken & writing)
