Mô tả Công việc

• Prepare recruitment budget and control it after being approved.
• Supervise recruitment activities to minimize delivery lead time and within the approved headcount plan and people cost.
• Promote company image to labor market
• Enrich a pipeline of high skilled labors
• Forecast needs of operators and build an available database of operators.
• Prepare monthly report of recruitment needs and delivery lead time to direct manager.
• Prepare training budget and control it after being approved.
• Conduct the training need analysis and propose training plan.
• Supervise training programs after being approved.
• Source and deal with outside trainers to organize and implement training courses
• Responsible for training line for new operators
• Work with managers to build and facilitate the implementation of systematic technical training programs for different departments.
• Responsible for training evaluations and records
• Conduct numbers of soft skills training
• Facilitate knowledge sharing activities
• Supervising orientation activities to all new hire
• Supervise all recruitment and training staff (planning, organizing, delegating, and controlling recruitment and training activities), staff meeting, coaching, KPIs, Performance Appraisal.
• Assure the operation of canteen meets required standards of hygiene, services, and food quality
• Assure recruitment and training are complied with the company quality standard (ISO 9001, ISO 14001,…)
• Be responsible for cultural activities (New year party, team building, promote good behaviors at work).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree with major in HR, economics, education, foreign trade
• HR fundamentals
• Experienced on Training and Recruiting
• Experienced in supervisory roles
• Able to applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
• Provides input on resource planning and policy development
• Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations, and recommends pay actions
KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES: Fluent spoken and written English.

• Sympathy, sensitive, understand people personality
At least 2 year experience in supervisory role of HR Function in charge (recruitment, training, employees relation), and 
2 years experience in HR international production company is a plus.
